If i can ask while i have your ear..when my members upload music/files/images and then delete them will those files also be removed from the database (im concerned about server space) or is there some sort of best practice to managing deleted content on the server? Thanks again..

Yes, if users delete them, they will be removed.

If you use CB User Manager to delete a user from backend, then they will also be removed.

Thanks again and im sorry but left 1 question out..last one..im a little confused about the templates...i dont have multiple template options to choose from and the templates i find available appear to be joomla website templates and not cb profile templates...could you please direct me to where i can locate more cb profile templates. Sorry i know you guys get drilled with questions and thanks for any assistance.

We only provide the 1 CB template. Eventually we'll have a plugin to generate new Bootstrap themes for CB, but at this time such a plugin is not available. You can find the default template at the below location.

components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/

If you want to adjust the styling I suggest using a template override plugin though. Details on how to use such a plugin can be found below.
