For registration you need to enable the Captcha field for registration display in CB > Field Management as it's just a field that can be moved around as needed (also works in profile edit if you want). For login you need to first ensure your CB Login module has plugins integrations enabled. Once done within CB AntiSpam > Parameters > Captcha > Legacy you can enable login captcha.
