[SOLVED] Accepted terms : popup fails

I setup acceptedterms :
In parameters -> Display -> Iframe : Works fine !

But if I setup acceptedterms as follows :
In parameters -> Display -> Modal Window :
I get the modal window with an error :

The URL is an article I created and its public

The URL should be non-SEF beginning with index.php. Example as follows.

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=ARTICLE_ID&catid=CATEGORY_ID

If there's a menu item associated with its category or its article directly then be sure to append its Itemid as needed.
