Those are the triggers specifically for frontend and backend registrations. It absolutely should be firing. However, if you've something else doing a user store after the CB Auto Action or a misconfigured condition it could fail. Please provide screenshots of your CB Auto Action configuration. If you're editing an existing user you need to use After Update User though as those 2 triggers do not fire for user edits.

Hi Kyle,
Apologies for the delay... Daytime job.
Anyhow, I created a new field called SponsorID12 and recreated the trigger and have included screen shots in the attachment.
