You people are at the top of the game for support and quality of beta releases.
Some developers release solid product but take an enormous amount of time to reply to a support request;
Others release garbage and count on users to identify even the most obvious issues; and
Worse are the people that release garbage and then fail to support.
I know support is a joyless and repetitive task so I wanted to take a moment to recognize when a company is doing things right. I for one appreciate it.

One of the ways I know Joomlapolis is doing good work is how smoothly upgrades install. Sure, stuff occasionally happens in beta, but it's a rare occurrence when upgrading a CB extension crashes a site or makes it worse in some way. That must be the result of a lot of careful testing and it shows.
