the Conditional is working on on Proile edit not on proile view even though that option is set to yes.

The two plugins are conflicting over the fields display then. You probably won't be able to use both at the same time for profile view in that case.

Also how can i select a Placeholder value without the Ajax plugin ?

You can input the placeholder for fields that support it. Mainly text and textarea based fields. It's not a default value or anything of the sort. It's text shown inside the text input.
