You need to have the entire text translated to a string. Example as follows.

Description: _MY_FIELD_DESCRIPTION
Language String:

Code:

'_MY_FIELD_DESCRIPTION' => '[cb:if cb_approvedescription includes "1"] [cb_description] [/cb:if][cb:if cb_approvedescription includes "0"] VALIDATION MESSAGE [/cb:if]',
