If, for whatever reason, we need to push out the payment pending page again (user receives email that they need to pay, they login and it prompts them to pay). How do we do that?
An example would be, they paid for the wrong kind of subscription, so we go into back end and change their subscription, now we want them to pay.
You have to go to their profile on frontend while logged in as a CB Moderator and begin the payment process on their behalf by attempting to subscribe, which will create a pending basket. It's not possible to generate baskets from backend at this time.
