Hello,

I noticed that when this person logs in, the renew button does not show up on "My Profile". See photo below:

How do I get it to show up? I think it's on all my other plans.

Each plan can have its own early renewal period - please check your plan settings and consult your CBSubs manual.

Oh sorry, I forgot that I had set it for one hour before expiration.

Question- How come when my plan expired, it only sent me the "email on expiration" email when I tried to log in. I want it to be emailed to the person the moment the plan expires. Not when they attempt to log in.

Also covered in the manual - but I do understand it is a challenge to read ;-)

You need to trigger expirations differently.
Check the CBSubs -> Settings -> Global tab settings
Specifically the Automation settings area.

You might have to configure a CRON job if the other settings are not sufficient for your needs.

I printed the manual, put it in a binder and had went through it page by page making notes back in the spring. I finally found the chapter we are talking about and I have in bright pink marker "I don't know what this means" next to it. Ha! I guess I didn't know I would need it until now. I will get our programmer to do the CRON thing. Thank you!
