Error when set field type to Datetime

I just found out that if you set a field to datetime, and Timezone Offset to enable, you will get the error below when updating profile. If you set Timezone Offset to disable, everything will be okay.

A by the way thing, i saw that the time minute section are in brackets of 5 minutes. Is there a way to configure the minutes to 1 minute brackets?

Please ensure you've latest CB 2.x nightly release below. There was a known issue with offset being wrong that can cause issues like this.

In latest nightly it'll try to use the users timezone if one is specified otherwise it uses the server timezone.

The dropdown? No, it's not possible to change it without modifying core code.
