[#5629] Users are able to log in and pay even though they have not been approved yet

Hello,

I am still having issues where members are able to log in and pay even though the moderator has not approved them yet.

This is not how I want the workflow to be.

I want the user to apply, moderator approve, THEN the member can pay.

Need Joomla/CB/CBSubs versions.

Then need CB Configuration (Registration tab) for parameters:
Admin Approval
Email Confirmation

And then also the CBSubs plan configurations (Workflows tab) for parameteres:
User Email Confirmation
User Approval by Moderator

Finally how are you testing this?
Please give process you used.

Our site is live and it was a customer who paid and hasn't been approved yet.

There are also settings in CBSubs for your workflow:

In each plan setting, Workflows tab you have settings:
- User Email Confirmation
- User Approval by Moderator

In each you can choose to follow CB's settings as you outlined above, or a different workflow (before or after payment). Which gives you 9 different workflow possibilities, *per plan*!

You need to have the right settings in each plan that users can register to.

I am confused. You can see my settings there, it says user approval before payment. Then how is the person able to pay if they haven't been approved?

Actually, if you override CB's settings, you should override the settings for both those:
- User Email Confirmation
- User Approval by Moderator

Otherwise you might get different results.
