Renewals by expired members

Hello,

We use CB Subs and have a 1 year membership. When a user has expired and renews after membership has expired, the system create a second subscription. As a result this user has in the system one expired membership and one active membership of the same plan.

Issue... when we use acymailing filters to subscribe and unsubscribe members from the member email list, these with an active and expired membership get added to the list with one filter and immediately removed with the second filter.

How can we make sure a renewal after expiration is added to the initial subscription and not a second one gets created?

I would think that this is an issue you should discuss with the AcyMailing devs as it is their filtering code doing this.
