[SOLVED] Invoices vs. Receipts

Hello,

I had a customer come to me to make a suggestion that we have receipts that show payment due "$0" or PAID written somewhere on the receipt.

We only have the option of that invoice which is also used for people who do offline payments and therefore might not necessarily have paid already.

Is there an option for this type of field- like paid or unpaid on the receipt or "invoice"?

You can use substitution "[PAYMENT_STATUS]" in any of the invoice settings under CBSubs - Settings - Display - Invoices (as listed in the possible substitutions at the bottom of that settings page).

It will display a text showing invoice status.

Will that change all of the existing invoices that are in the users profile? Or only invoices moving forward?

It will change all invoices (there is no "printed layout" memory for past invoices yet. Planed but not yet implemented).
