Hi Kyle

Opening a new ticket as it can help someone else.

Can you tell me more about basket timeout in frontend and backend.

Specifically if a payment is marked as pending will the basket timeout with the time in CBsubs settings ? same question with payment marked as notinitiated ?

The basket hasn't been initialized it will expire after a period of time. This happens for example if someone goes to a basket page then navigates away or starts an offline payment, but doesn't click the confirmation link. How long these invalid baskets last is configured in CBSubs > Settings > Display > Baskets with the parameters under "Payment basket timeouts".
