Auto actio URL

For that usage though you need to set Triggers to None

I understand this part.. but..

then use the direct action URL found in the auto actions edit display as &users does not function for Internal General or Internal Users.

I dont quite understand this part..

Once an auto action is saved its URL can be generated. Edit your auto action and under the Global tab you'll find "Internal Action URL". Only direct action urls support &users usage. Example as follows.
