Cross requests in CBsubs problem

We need to renew their subscription manually just as if they clicked on subscribe/renew and then click on manual gateway and print the payment slip.

Basically we would like to automatize the manual process this year while we move them gradually to ingenico solution with SEPA payments suggested by Beat

There's no filter for that. I recommend filtering by expired subscription then manually checking if they've a pending/initialized basket as needed. Alternatively you could try writing an Advanced filter for frontend userlist usage to filter it down as needed. Userlist filter is probably most ideal since you're wanting to go through frontend process.
