Hello,

I am trying to obtain a list of members who registered in 2015 and 2016 however some of the profiles just have "0000-00-00 00:00:00" or sometimes dates from the years 2041 and 2042. The only valid ones I can see are some from January 2016.

I should have some from December 2015. We imported everyone from our old system into our new Joomla on November 4th, 2015.

I think I may have figured out what happened. We did a re-import of some users to correct a couple of fields (but we only re-imported those fields we needed and user name of course using cbjuice). It seemed to have changed ANY dates that are within that profile (even though those fields weren't part of our re-import).





Look at this history. Old value vs. New value on the day we did the re-import. It's strange.

Why would it default everything to 0's??

My guess is a bug in CB Juice then as if you didn't import those fields it shouldn't have touched them. I recommend posting your findings to the CB Juice forums below.
