User menu -> CB Blogs and restrictions on the blogs

I was wondering, is it possible to have an option in the User menu to have a direct link to create a blog? Currently it is perfectly reachable via the profile page, but I prefer to have a menu item just for them to easily create a new blog.

Also, when they do create a blog, there are some possibilities I want to disable for them to choose.

For instance:

Access: Public/Registered

I always want to have this public and not allowing my users to set this for themselves.

Also the "Owner" field I would to not show.

Can I set this?

Create a Joomla menu item of menu type Community Builder > Plugin then select CB Blogs for the plugin. Next set Function to "New Blog".

Within CB > Plugin Management > CB Blogs > Parameters > Defaults you can set the default access to Public then disable that parameters display.

Can I set this?

No, it's only shown to CB Moderators and it's for moderator purposes only. It lets you change who the owner of the blog is via user id.
