[SOLVED] Anti Spam Causing Lost Password on CB Login Menu to Fail was created by edmundcheong
When I goto plugin management and click on anti spam, i get the following errors:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagettfbbox() in <span>/</span>var<span>/</span>www/html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbantispam/cbantispam.php on line 754

When I click on "Forgot Login", i go to the following page:

it displays:

At the admin console for plugin, if you click on Blocks, Whitelist, Attempts, Logs, it is fine.. if i click on CB AntiSpam (https://10.7.50.236/administrator/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=editrow&table=pluginsbrowser&action=editrow&cid=531&cbprevstate=b3B0aW9uPWNvbV9jb21wcm9maWxlciZ2aWV3PXNob3dQbHVnaW5zJnRhc2s9c2hvd1BsdWdpbnM%3D) it does not work..

Version:

Joomla 3.5.1
CB2.0.14+build.2016.05.10.00.11.32.0a0d425cb
Anti Spam plug_cbantispam_2.0.0+build.2016.05.17.02.30.46.611c15f88.zip

When you disabled the anti spam plugin, I am able to retrieve the password to CB Login forgot password link..

GD2 isn't setup correctly on your server and is likely missing the FreeType library . imagettfbbox is needed to generate the captcha image. Please contact your host regarding this or switch CB AntiSpam to use reCaptcha instead.
