Profile and registration tab

Hello!
in my registration two step page i have 2 tabs: "Informazioni Accesso" and "Scheda Profilo" so the same tabs are correctly displayed in user profile..
My question is: Is possibile to merge this tabs with their fields into only one?

You want 2 tabs on registration, but 1 on profile? Yes that's doable. Move your second tab to a not shown on profile tab position. Next add Custom HTML fields on your first tab that substitute in the fields from your other tab. Example as follows.

Tab 1:
Field 1
Field 2
Field 3
Custom HTML: [cb:userfield field="FIELD_4" /]
Custom HTML: [cb:userfield field="FIELD_5" /]
Custom HTML: [cb:userfield field="FIELD_6" /]

Fields 4-6 would be from your second tab. See the below for further substitution usage information.

Perfect, is it possible to validate fields only if i click "Next" and not in every fileds?

No, fields will validate with jQuery while using the field if possible.

And can i check email validy on change input? Actually if i start to write something i get immediately notify that email isn't valid
