The credentials PMed to Kyle (krilean) don't work (URL redirects to main page).
As I will need to investigate, please test credentials than PM me again.

Ok, this time it worked.

I could see the special setting for payment basket and could reproduce same behavior on my test-installation so that I can find the reason and fix this strange display.

Quick fix: If you switch to standard columns in basket, the strangely displaying column disappears.

Looking into it locally.
