I've no idea where that's coming from. I can't find that error or anything like it within Joomla or CB. My guess is you've some sort of 3rd party extension or CB plugin installed causing it. Check within Extensions > Plugins for any 3rd party/non-CB User or System plugins then disable them and see if issue persists. All my search results point to a bad JoomGallery migration though; see the below.
