Profile user link doesn't work

Profile user link doesn't work was created by bravostreet
When I try to visit a profile user I cannot reach it, I got an empty white page.

Joomla 3.6.4, last CB version.

If I try to sync user in cb maintenance I get following error:

0 Null primary key not allowed.

Sounds like your _comprofiler or _users table or some other related Joomla user table is missing auto increment. Install CB over top of it self with latest build and see if issue persists. If it does you need to review _comprofiler and _users database tables and ensure their auto increment id column is configured properly (it should be marked as auto increment). I've never seen this error before nor has it ever been reported here, but appears common throughout Joomla; see below.

That should not be a problem for latest CB 2.x build were we have completely rewritten our SEF routing. In the event the URL is not URL safe it'll convert it to USERID-USERNAME instead of using just USERNAME. Your profile URLs are also missing a menu item alias, which means you are missing the mandatory public and published Joomla menu item to CBs profile page. Please update CB to latest build and create the missing menu item.
