CBsubs email integration and plan expiration

Hello

I have noticed that upon a plan expiration the email set in the integration is only sent when the user page is visited, either by the user or by a mod.

This means that emails (integration) are not sent when the plan is expired and no one visit the page.

Is it a normal behavior ?
If yes is it possible to change it to set this integration to fire automatically upon plans changes ?

Yes, this is normal behavior. None of the integrations or even expiration of the subscription it self is triggered until you trigger expiration's. Triggering expiration's is entirely based off what you've set it to depend on within CBSubs > Configuration > Global. I suggest running the expiration URL daily with CRON.
