I am trying to add a service tax field in the invoice , but when i choose custom in the columns displayed on invoice i see Sales tax , but no way to include Service tax. I am trying to configure this in CB SUBS> Settings > Display>invoices. Please refer to the screenshot below .

You would need to create a tax rule for that. You're just adjusting the invoice columns displayed. It doesn't add tax via the parameter. Tax rules can be added using CBSubs Tax integration.
