I have two plans (Membership =registered) & (Show=guest), both plans require registration. The registered plan shows the contact information under the Contact tab and it is editable. I just cannot figure out how to get the guest plan to show the registration information and make it editable as well.

Sorry, don't understand what you mean by this. Do you mean during registration there are no fields available for them after selecting the plan? Registration field conditioning is entirely configured under the Workflows tab of your plans, but it doesn't show fields on selection; it only hides fields on selection.
