Registration form with pre-selected fields

Thank you so much, that worked perfectly.

But now I have one other issue. If the Coordinator, Puller or Rigger fields are checked, then I want to hide the I am a Apprentice (cp_apprentice) field.
I have gone into Integrations > CB Conditionals > 1 set Field Conditional Self if cb_coordinator =1 hide Registration Yes

and that works to hide the Apprentice field if the Coordinator field is checked. So, I then set CB Conditionals > 2 set Field Conditional Self if cb_puller =1 hide Registration Yes and CB Conditionals > 3 set Field Conditional Self if cb_rigger =1 hide Registration Yes. But now Apprentice only hides when Rigger is checked. If Coordinator or Puller are checked, Apprentice still shows.

Is there a way to get and or condition on the integrations 1, 2 or 3 are true? Or is there a different way to do this?

The conditions act independently. You're trying to condition a field more than once, which will result in issues like this as each condition is treated individually and a field can only be conditioned once (there is no AND/OR usage; conditions are separate from one another). A better solution is to simply use a radio field instead of individual checkboxes as you're trying to treat individual checkbox fields like radio fields, which isn't going to work well.
