That is way too many options for a select element. I suggest using a text input instead and try to guide them to supply the correct answer or even validate it against a custom database table using CB Query Field and its Query Validation. If you still insist on having such a massive select then you can use CB Query Field and its Query Select fieldtype then just keep those options in your own separate database table.
