We've got our (rather complex) CBSubs configuration all set. However, there is one workflow that I can't find any documentation or posts here in the forum that explain.

We have occasional users who want to order by phone (after they have already created their account on the site in CB).

If we use the admin-side to go into their profile and go to the Subscription tab and check the box next to a subscription and save the profile it makes it active immediately.

However, we need to have the system to allow us to either take the CC info over the phone and enter it in or process this as an offline payment.

We are using Authorize.net and offline payment options already.

Is there a way to manually enter subscription records via admin like this?
(Did I just miss it in the documentation somewhere?)

Navigate to their profile on frontend while logged in as an administrator then go through the subscription process on their behalf. This will let you complete the credit card form and everything. There's no way to do this from backend at this time.
