I've upgraded a site from CB 1.9.x to CB 2.1.2, everything seems work fine but I cannot see the CB tabs in Joomla control panel (CB news, update of plugins...)
How can I activate it?

Those are the "Community Builder News" and "Community Builder Updates" modules. Navigate to Extensions > Modules and change Site to Administrator and see if they unpublished. If they don't exist you can create them in the cpanel position as module type "Community Builder Admin module".
