Hello,
Is it possible to change the formatname field. If i or a User safe the Profile, i bekame "Firstname Lastname" but i need "Lastname Firstname"

You'd have to use the Layout parameters under Parameters > Layout while editing the field within CB > Field Management and override how the field displays using substitutions. See the below for substitution usage information.
