Ensure everything is up to date. getprofilebookblogTab::parseBBCode doesn't exist anymore. The BBCode parsing is properly namespaced into a new class (specifically CBProfileBook). If issue persists after updating everything you'll need to find what 3rd party plugin or extension is trying to integrate with CB ProfileBook as it's trying to use out of date and removed API.
