Can we charge per month for a yearly subscription

7 years 1 month ago - 7 years 1 month ago #296813 by webtechplus
Hi so another member in our team has said we can do the following in CB Subscriptions:
  • Have a user sign up to a plan that is valid for X amount of months (lets say 12 months or 1 year)
  • The user is then charged per timeframe (eg week, month). Lets say monthly
  • This would mean the user is charged per month the entire cost of the plan divided by 12.

Is this really do-able as I can't configure it in the plan settings or can you only charge for a plan in 1 lump sum for a duration?

Thanks

Thanks for support and feedback
We hope that we can assist you if you need and ask, all the best from the WTP Team

Create a plan with a duration of 1 month and set "Total number of occurrences of regular validity/price (0=unlimitted)" to 12. That's basically the only way to have what you're wanting. The plan should then be only good for up to 1 year per user and renew every month.
