How to use the 'Make Avatar' feature of cbGallery 2.1

6 years 11 months ago #298485 by erichburkhard
I am using the following versions:
CB 2.1.3 / Joomla 3.8.1 / CBGallery 2.1.0
I made an upgrade from an older cbGallery plugin version to the current version 2.1.0. All features work fine (ps: I only nead the upload of photos). Now I wanted to make use of the new 'Make Avatar' feature. With this feature it is possible that an uploaded gallery foto will also be used as a avatar foto) Todo this I enabled the 'Make Avatar' setting in the cbGallery plugin.... But it had no effect in the frontend. So how can this feature be implemented? Is there any description somewhere ? I have no idea how to make this work - Regards

The "Make Avatar" and "Make Canvas" features only work for photos you own. Once uploaded simple view the photo and on its menu click the appropriate menu item to set as your avatar or canvas.
