I guess you have the UddeIM profilelink CB plugin installed, but not the UddeIM extension it self. We're not the developers of UddeIM and suggest posting your issue to the below forums instead.
You can delete the plugin folder for that plugin at the below location using FTP though and that should let you back in as it won't exist anymore to attempt to load.
/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user
I don't know what that plugins folder name is exactly, but my guess is: pmsuddeimprofilelink
