CBSubs Art Rental Concept

I have been a subscriber for some years as a Developer but have never used CBSubs.

I want to build an ArtRental site where a company can choose a number of options to buy or rent art. Buy outright, Rent 1-6mths, Rent 7-12mths, Rent 3 years with one final payment and own paid Quarterly, Rent 4 years with one final payment and own, paid Quarterly and then there will be subscriptions applied to each artwork depending on the price of each artwork. So the 4 types of Subs mentioned will be replicated to say... #3000, $3,500, $4,000 etc. Then there is a need to keep selecting art pieces and then to finally pay in one go (at least place the order & pay offline).

I have started creating Subscriptions but cannot see how to implement it. I need some direction. Can you help?

So you want them to pay say $2,000 for the first 4 years then 1 more payment to own? Best I can suggest for that is something like the below.

Is the first amount and period different: Different first period and price for Registration and Upgrade

First payment price of plan: $2,000
Initial validity duration: 4 years

Regular Price of plan: FINAL_PRICE_HERE
Regular Validity duration: Lifetime Subscription

Their initial purchase would subscribe them for the 4 year rental for example. At the end of the 4 years they'd pay the final amount converting it to a lifetime subscription. If you need it paid quarterly then the below should work.

Regular Validity duration: 3 months
Total number of occurrences of regular validity/price (0=unlimitted): 4

The above for example subscribes to the final price to be paid quarterly up to a year.
