When a user subscribes paying with an offline method, recives the confirmation link only after admin approval
Wich is the correct configuration to have the user confirm his email independently from admin approval?
Confirmation should be before approval. I'm not sure how you're having it the other way around. Typically by default CBSubs behaves as follows.
1. Pay
2. Confirm
3. Approval
You can change this within the workflows tab of your plans by adjusting if confirmation or approval should be before/after payment. Examples as follows.
