We have a user with a paid account, who is unable to access the paid content.
Probably he just renewed in the last day or two, and might have been logged in earlier as "expired".
(I'm sure it doesnt help that was during J3.8.4 debacle)
I have asked him to log out and log in again, that apparently didn't help. Waiting for him to clear his cookies now...
I do see this multiple logins phenomenon from time to time... is this when user has multiple tabs open, or is it really registering as multiple logins in multiple browsers, perhaps on different devices?
