I've searched this forum for "delete expired subscription" but found no results.
Due to a config error, some members upgraded to a new plan and the old plan wasn't listed as upgraded. When the old plan expired, the members are getting renewal emails. I would like to 1) edit the old subscription to reflect it was upgraded, or 2) delete the expired subscription to stop the email notices.
I'm not seeing any editing options in the Subscriptions page.
Thoughts?
Fred
There's no functionality to delete subscriptions unless you delete them directly in the database. You however can edit them within CBSubs > Subscriptions by clicking the # under the Id column. You should be able to fix the status of the old subscription to "Upgraded to other". Then in their new subscription add the old subscription id to "Replaces subscription".
