You want to display the same field twice? You can use a Custom HTML field for the copy then add a substitution to substitute in the field you want displayed twice. See the below tutorial for substitution usage information.

Below the canvas? Place the tab your text fields are on in the "Canvas Main Middle" tab position. Then place the tab your Custom HTML field is on in the "Canvas Main Right" (only displayed if first tab is selected) or "Canvas Main Right Static" (always displayed) tab position. If you mean for registration or profile edit then there's no support for that; you'll need to us ea module to display your HTML.
