ReInstate Cancelled Membership

ReInstate Cancelled Membership was created by bins
A member has accidentally cancelled the membership/subscription with a couple months to run.

Is there an easy way to reinstate the membership?

If not, any suggestions/work arounds?

Edit their subscription within CBSubs > Subscriptions by clicking the # under the Id column. From there you can revert the subscription status by making the following changes.

Expiration date: Set this to the value of Previous Expiration date, but keep track of its current value in notepad
Previous Expiration date: Set this to what Expiration date was
Status: Set this to Active
Previous Status: Set this to Unsubscribed

The above is how reversals work in CBSubs so everything should work fine after making these changes. Note if it was an auto recurring subscription there is no way to reinstate the auto recurring payments and they'll have to do that at renewal.

Thank you.

The only additional step was I had to enable the user.

The cancelled the membership thinking that they were only cancelling the auto-renew!

Yeah this is a feature we're reviewing to implement. The idea is recurring would require double cancel. First cancel recurring payments (always allowed and separate from full cancel permissions). Second cancels subscription (if subscription cancels are allowed).
