Planning to upgrade PHP on our live server tonight from PHP 7.1 (now effectively obsolete)

And I just saw this:

www.php.net/archive/2019.php#2019-08-29-1

Upgrade to PHP 7.3.9 recommended security patch!

Looking through the forums, the latest info I can find is a thread reporting that 7.3.2 is OK for CB.

In CB documentation online, the published CB requirements doc only says php 7.2...

PHP 7.3.2 has been tested. I have not tested any PHP versions after that. Will update to 7.3.9, which is latest available to wampserver at this time, and see how that goes. Should work fine as I don't see any backwards compatibility breaking changes between 7.3.2 and 7.3.9.

Well I wasn't seeing any 7.3.9 problems on our DEV servers ( even the one running J4Alpha11) - so I went ahead and moved to 3.7.9 on our live server last night, and it looks like "are systems are go". Performance is good and I do not see any CB-related notices or warnings in the PHP error log...

Have been running 7.3.9 past 3 hours. Seams ok here as well. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work fine though since there's no B/C breaks in the change log.
