Yes, this is a known issue. Browser security updates are starting to block 3rd party cookies in JSONP requests. This is preventing it from seeing you are logged in. We're working to replace JSONP with CORS with a fallback to JSONP in addition to implementing support for Site Keys that you'll be able to supply to your CB installs which will allow your install to always know who you are when using Install from Web.
