I have approx. 5800 confirmed users in user management in Community Builder.
About 1,000 of these are NOT enabled.
With the batch tools drop down - can you please walk me through enabling all users without changing any access setting (super users, etc) in these groups.
I need to enable all users.

Thanks You

Select the users checkbox and change the "- Select Enabled -" batch tool dropdown to "Enabled" then click "Process". Why are they not enabled already? Users that have confirmed their email address using the link sent to them should automatically be enabled unless they're also pending moderator approval.

Thanks Kyle
I am trying this now.
I am not sure what is going on and believe that a setting may be incorrect. .
I was advised when a member "expires" he cannot access to renew. I check and find that he is now not enabled.

We use CB paid subscriptions
I found that this is true for all the expire
I am new at this and working through issues as they develop.
I did not set up our CB or CB paid subscriptions
Any insight is much appreciated

You have CBSubs configured not to allow registrations without a subscription within CBSubs > Settings > Global. This will cause their account to be blocked if they don't have an active subscription. If you intend to use that behavior be sure you have plans that are available for them to renew or upgrade into as when they attempt to login it will ask them to renew or upgrade assuming plans are available otherwise turn that functionality off.

Have also moved your topic to Developer support forums since you are a Developer subscriber.
