Conditional view of TAB with URL

Can I use this for showing a TAB only with a certain URL? If yes, how can I make this?

I suppose if you conditioned against each part of the URL, yes.

Yes, that would be easier. Example as follows.

Field: Custom > Value
Custom Value: [get_itemid]
Operator: Equal To
Value: MENU_ID_HERE
