Hi,
If a user blocks another user, I would like to have a message on the top of that blocked profile like "You have blocked this user" if the user visite the blocked user again.
Within CB Privacy > Parameters > Privacy > Profile you can set a custom redirect message to display. You also redirect them to a custom URL there as well. Note that message applies to blocked users AND users who are not able to access the profile due to the profile being set to private. So you'll need a generic message that can cover both cases since there isn't a specific "you're blocked" message.
