"message" translation in URL? was created by ericmuc
Hi,

I have a multilanguage site and in German I have following URL of a single message now: /de/nachrichten/message/21?return=xxxxxx

Can I change it to: de/nachrichten/nachricht/21?return=xxxxx? Is there a way to achieve this?

Thanks a lot, best regards
Eric

"message" is the "action" parameter of the URL. It is not possible to translate that as it will then never reach the destination it's supposed to reach. Best I can suggest is try creating a Joomla menu item to the new message page using Community Builder > Plugin menu type then for Plugin select Private Message System so if Joomla can shorten it to just a menu alias, which can be multi-lingual.
