I have a subscription set up that expires 1 year after activation. For 90% of our users that is sufficient as they will renew yearly. However, we have a select group of users whose membership (subscription) doesn't expire [Lifetime]. I still need the current subscription setup to stay the same, but is there a way to manually change one user's expiration date for their subscription?
Recommend just creating a second plan with a lifetime duration, but yes you could edit their subscription within CBSubs > Subscriptions by clicking the # under the ID column and setting their expiration date to be extremely far into the future. Since you're using manual renewals this should work fine. Never do this for recurring subscriptions though.
