I need to modify the way information is presented on the Offline Payment payment slip, but I cannot find a way using language overrides.
My site is English and Japanese and I need to present the name on payment slips as last name first name and then add a suffix to the name.
How it looks now:
Item: S57653-55261-1
Member: Randal Irwin
On CB Paid Subscriptions: Edit Payment gateway settings [PAY OFFLINE] page, I can change the "Member" part on the settings page, but I can't see a way to modify the way the name is presented. It seems to be drawing either "name" or "formatted name" from the user database? I need to be able to present it as LAST NAME FIRST NAME and then add 様 to the end of the name.
So it would look like this:
Item: S57653-55261-1
Member: Irwin Randal 様
Is this possible?

The offline payment slip can be directly modified within your offline payment gateway in CBSubs > Gateways. Set "Content of payment slip" to "Custom presentation" for complete control over what is displayed. Substitutions are supported there as well.
