The latest updates seem to have php issues. I have updated 2 wamp websites (local), testing with 7.4.12 and 7.4.14 and one with my host running 7.4.12 and all faced the same.
The installation in all 3 finished properly.
Some of th issues (cause are too many)

3. Notice: Undefined index: allow_onlinestatus in C:\wamp64\www\mywebsite\components\com_comprofiler\plugin\user\plug_cbcore\cb.core.php on line 4681. (11 3.3474 11958000 include( 'C:\wamp64\www\mywebsite\modules\mod_articles_single\mod_articles_single.php' ) .../ModuleHelper.php:200)

Our latest changes regarding Joomla 4 compatibility caused a reset in global configuration. Please restore to a backup if you have one or reconfigure CB within CB > Configuration. Please also check your plugins within CB > Plugin Management as it's reported that the PMS plugin was toggled disabled as well.
